Paintball is a sport in which players eliminate opponents by hitting them with pellets containing paint which is usually shot from a compressed-gas powered paintball gun.  Rules for playing paintball vary widely. The most common form involves two opposing teams seeking to capture their opponent’s flag and return it to their starting position, but other objectives may include eliminating all of the other team’s players or to completing some other objective, such as eliminating a specific player, defending or attacking a particular objective, or capturing objects of interest hidden in the playing area. Depending on the style of paintball played, a game can last from seconds to hours.  Where the natural terrain doesn’t provide enough cover, we can set up an artificial field.

Strategic Paintball Games

The game of paintball can be compared to running a business….when the ball hits the wall having missed the actual target, its can be equated to a failed project in business.  The ammo is wasted, the target runs free, and you continue shooting in the dark.  Without proper strategy, buy in from the whole team and correct implementation, you will be out of ammo before you know it, without having achieved your goal.

We’ll set you up with a project where your team leader and players have to strategise and plan intensive tactics in order to succeed in your goal. The success lies 80% in the strategy and 20% in the implementation.

Why doesn’t your team take up the challenge?
